| Suggestions, proposals, requests: | Schriftlich waren wir informiert, dass das Haus um 8.30 zu verlassen wäre,,doch trotz kurzer SMS von uns, kam die Dame zur Schlüsselübergabe 1,25 Stunden später, ohne Bescheid zu geben über die Verzögerung. D.h. Wir sassen die Zeit im Haus und warteten, ohne zu wissen, ob dann auch wirklich noch jemand kommt. Das fanden zum Abschluss eines gelungen Urlaubs sehr überflüssig, zumal die Dame sich später nicht einmal entschuldigte. Eine bessere Absprache wäre wünschenswert. |
| Answer: | Die Wohnungsübergabe ist schriftlich zwischen 9.00-10.00 festgelegt. Eine fixe Zeit ist am besten gleich bei Ankunft festzulegen. |
