| Suggestions, proposals, requests: | The house is very special in it's position high above Lake Como with glorious views and the quietness and isolation create a wonderful atmosphere for a very restful holiday. Getting there requires a challenging drive taking at least 30 minutes up more than 20 hairpin bends on a very narrow mountain road to an altitude of two and a half thousand feet above the lake. We were not prepared for this by the information supplied. However the beauty of the house and surrounds gave us the most memorable and enjoyable week out of our 5 weeks in Europe.
